Standard operating agreement between Political Cube Concepts Messaging Solutions Pvt Ltd and the User/Organization.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Service Limitation
Political Cube Concepts is not liable for message delays caused by carrier network congestion or downstream technical failures.
1. Service Engagement
By accessing Political Cube Concepts services, you agree to comply with TRAI regulations, DLT guidelines, and the Election Commission of India (ECI) codes of conduct.
2. Acceptable Content Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from transmitting hate speech, misinformation, or content that incites violence. Political Cube reserves the right to suspend any campaign that violates national security or communal harmony.
3. DLT & Compliance Responsibilities
Clients must provide valid legal documentation for DLT registration. Delivery failure due to unregistered templates or headers is the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Financial Terms
All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in a high-volume enterprise contract. Taxes (GST) are applicable as per Indian law.
